Hearing aids may be purchased from any provider. However, in an effort to provide our members with an alternative that provides quality devices at a lower cost, Allegiant Care recently partnered with EPIC Hearing Health Care.

If you wish to take advantage of the deeper price discounts offered through EPIC Hearing, you must contact EPIC Hearing Health Care at 1-866-956-5400 PRIOR to purchasing hearing aids or receiving services.

*Some plans do not include hearing aid reimbursement.
