Effective May 11, 2023, the public health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic will end.

What does this mean for me?

• COVID-19 at-home tests will no longer be covered by the Plan. Members will resume paying out-of-pocket for over-the-counter products. Laboratory-based tests and vaccines ordered by your doctor will still be covered by your medical coverage.

• the requirement to extend deadlines due to COVID is no longer in effect and the application of normal deadlines related to enrollment, claims filing and appeals will resume.
