Your plan benefits limit you to a 30-day supply or a quantity of 100 doses, whichever is less, at your retail pharmacy. However, for greater benefit to you, a 90-day supply is available by mail order for all of your maintenance medications.

NOTE: You can fill a maintenance medication up to 3 times at the retail pharmacy. After 3 fills, you must fill your 90-day supply prescription at mail order in order to avoid paying the entire cost of your prescription at retail.
