Online Provider Search Instructions for ANTHEM:

Go to Anthem’s website. You will be prompted to search as a Member or Guest. Either way, you will need to select National PPO (BlueCard PPO) for the Medical Plan/Network.   From here you can search for providers by name, specialty or location.
