VSP

Some Allegiant Care vision plans are administered by Vision Service Plan (VSP).  To find in-network providers, you may visit the website directly at VSP.com (no login is required) or call Vision Service Plan at 1-800-877-7195.

While VSP updates the on-line directories on a regular basis, it is strongly advised that you confirm that the doctor is still a participating provider, BEFORE scheduling your appointment or receiving services.

Some plans may not include Vision coverage through Allegiant Care.
