Dental & Vision Option for Retirees!

Effective January 1, 2023, retirees enrolled in one of Allegiant Care’s retiree plans will have the option to add dental and vision benefits to their existing benefits. Click the links below for more information.

If you want to add dental and vision coverage to your plan, you will be responsible for the cost of these optional benefits. The 2026 monthly cost for Dental & Vision coverage is $62 for retiree only; $124 for retiree + spouse or retiree + children and $180 for family. These benefits are bundled together and cannot be elected separately.

If you choose to add the optional dental & vision benefits to your plan, your election must be received no later than November 24, 2025 and the election will be binding for the 2026 calendar year.
